By accessing and/or using Cliengo's online platform, its applications or the website cliengo.com, and/or contracting our services (the "Services"), you consent to the collection, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. As stated in the terms and conditions related to the Services (the "T&C"), you must be of legal age at a minimum to access and/or use the Services.

1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
1.1 Personal Information. Unless your knowledge is viewable according to your Service settings, Cliengo employees will not see your knowledge, except: (i) to maintain, provide, or improve the Services; (ii) to assist you in resolving support requests; or (iii) as Cliengo deems necessary in its sole discretion to comply with or prevent a violation of applicable law or regulation or to cooperate with law enforcement efforts.
1.5 Geographic Location Information. When you use the Services through or by a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor, and/or remotely store "location data," which may include GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data can transmit information about how you use the Services. Location data does not collect or share any personally identifiable information about you. Location data can be used in conjunction with personally identifiable information. Some features of the Services, especially location-based services, may not function properly if the use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.

2. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION BY CLIENGO.
2.1 Data Storage. In accordance with the provisions of articles 3 and 6 of Law 25.326, our Company adequately complies with the registration of its users' database before the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection and carries out the corresponding annual renewals in accordance with current regulations. Our Company does not collect information for any purpose other than or incompatible with the purpose stated in this Privacy Policy, nor does it directly or indirectly disclose sensitive data. This information will be stored, at all times, facilitating the exercise of rights by its owners and updated if necessary.
2.2 Use of Information. The user acknowledges and agrees that Cliengo and/or service providers on its behalf may use the information they collect, including Personal Information, for the purpose of carrying out data processing tasks or operations, assisting or improving the user experience, and/or providing contact information to clients who hire our Services. All information obtained through this means will be treated as confidential. Our Company does not process personal data of its users for third-party advertising purposes (individuals or legal entities).

2.3 Other Transfers. Our Company does not share or market user information in any form, except with the express written consent of the user or as indicated in the following paragraphs. Notwithstanding this, the user expressly consents that Cliengo may transfer all or part of the Information to any controlled, controlling, and/or affiliated companies, ensuring adequate confidentiality of the transferred Information.
In order to provide its services, Cliengo may disclose Information to third parties with whom it maintains a labor or service relationship for the purpose of carrying out administrative services or other business services such as hosting. These third parties will have access to users' Information necessary to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. Furthermore, they must treat the Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws while respecting its confidentiality at all times.
In the event that Our Company or a significant portion of its assets is acquired by a third party in the future, users' Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets and subject to commitments made in this Privacy Policy unless expressly authorized otherwise by the user. The same criteria shall apply in cases of merger, transformation, or corporate spin-off involving Our Company.

2.4.1. Cliengo may send you emails regarding the content of the Website, services provided by Cliengo, or your account, in response to your questions, requests, inquiries, or comments. Cliengo may also send you emails with information about products and services offered by Cliengo and/or commercially associated third parties that may be of interest to you unless you expressly indicate that you do not wish to receive such emails through the processes implemented by Cliengo for this purpose.
2.4.2. You may request at any time the removal or blocking of your name from the database referred to in this Privacy Policy by following the procedure outlined in this same policy.
2.4.3. Every email you receive from Cliengo will inform you how to opt-out of receiving future promotional emails. Additionally, you can change your preferences for receiving advertising emails through the settings of your account on the Website at any time.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY.
Cliengo takes all reasonable and positive measures to ensure that Personal Information is protected against any misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, and/or disclosure in accordance with Law 25.326 and supplementary regulations. Cliengo adopts and implements appropriate practices for data collection, storage, and management, as well as security procedures against unauthorized access, alteration, addition, deletion, disclosure and/or destruction of User Information including username, email address,passwords transaction information,and any other information stored on the Site. However,no information stored or transmitted over the Internet or other networks can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. Therefore, Cliengo does not guarantee that the Information cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of the aforementioned security measures.
4. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The user can consult the Personal Data Protection Authority (or the supervisory authority that may replace it in the future), free of charge, regarding the existence of files, records, or databases, their purposes, and the identity of those responsible. This entity is responsible for the National Register of Databases, which is publicly accessible and free of charge.
Likewise, the user has the right to access the Personal Information that Our Company collects in relation to them and to request rectification, updating, deletion, and confidentiality of the Information contained in the Company's databases, all in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.
Finally,the user may request free withdrawal or blocking of their name and email address from advertising files or databases (Art. 27 paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326).

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND WEBSITES.
In the Services, the user will find links to third-party websites. The User understands and agrees that by clicking on any of these links, any information they provide thereafter is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties and not Cliengo's. Consequently, Cliengo assumes no responsibility for the content, protection, or security of any third-party website.
6. GENERAL TERMS.
Unless otherwise stated in these Privacy Policies, Cliengo may retain or disclose user information - even after the user has discontinued or deleted their account or after the provision of the Services has ended - for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with these Privacy Policies or any law, regulation, or legal requirement; to protect or safeguard any individual; to address or combat fraud and/or technical or security issues; or to protect Cliengo's property rights.
If any court or other competent authority determines the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision contained in this Privacy Policy, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.
The most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Information and will be available on this page.
Our Company reserves the right to revise or modify these Privacy Policies at any time, by making the modified Privacy Policy public on the Site. The modified Privacy Policies shall come into effect 10 (ten) days after their publication on the Site. Cliengo may also - but shall not be obliged to - notify the user of any modifications to the Privacy Policies via email to the email address associated with the user's account.
It is expressly stated that by using any of the Services after changes have been made to the Privacy Policy, it implies acceptance of those changes. 8. PRIVACY FOR MINORS.
Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important to us. Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of majority, and therefore, Cliengo has no intention to collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of majority or knowingly allow such individuals to register for the Services. If we become aware that we have mistakenly collected personal information from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take necessary steps to delete that information. 9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA.
The user information of Our Company is stored on servers provided by a third party contracted by Our Company that provides cloud computing services, which, according to Argentine legislation, constitutes a provision of computerized services or information processing services.
Therefore, in accordance with current regulations, Our Company: (a) carries out international transfers of personal data and (b) acknowledges that the data transfer is made to a country that meets the adequate levels of protection as established by Article 12 of Law 25.326 and supplementary regulations, and that the provider of the cloud computing service adequately complies with the relevant levels of protection and security for personal data according to current legislation.
